3. the design of a system may star with an existing technologyy
4. at the end of the product, the technology may grow and the product has to be reworked
5. hence, computer architects must imagine about the further technology rather than designing with the existing one

7.   The graph represents the concept: "up and to the right" which means that the technology changes rapidly
